The open department lessons are available for students over 14 years old (teenagers and adults).

Classical ballet, 1 x 60 – 90 min/week

Open ballet classes are offered at three different levels: A beginners, B basic and C intermediate.

Pilates, online course

The class comprises a variety of different muscle fitness and stretching exercises. Pilates will be arranged as online courses (Zoom) during the season 2024/2025.

Jazz dance, 1 x 60 – 75 min/week

Jazz dance classes are offered at two different levels: beginners/continuing and basic/continuing.

Contemporary dance, 1 x 75 min/week

The lesson is available for beginners/continuing level students.

Barre, 1 x 60 min/week

Barre is a workout inspired by ballet and Pilates. Barre is a form of exercise developed in New York by ballet dancer Lotte Berk that combines ballet bar movements with Pilates and yoga. Small, precise movements bring visible results quickly. The workout is suitable for all ages and levels.
